ePower-Lite and ePower-Lite Mini

The ePower-Lite series, a plastic power connector line, is specifically designed for use in hybrid electric vehicles and heavy equipment industries. Available in 2-pole, 3-pole, and 4-pole configurations, these connectors feature the innovative RADSOK® technology. This technology ensures higher amperage capacity, reduced temperature rise and voltage drop, and lower resistance. The unique twisted grid design of RADSOK® allows for up to 50% more current through the same size pin, enhancing reliability, lifecycle durability, and requiring less force for connection.

The connectors are encased in a compact, lightweight plastic shell with a minimal footprint. They are available in 3.6mm and 5.7mm, capable of handling currents from 70A to 120A. These connectors are also field-installable and repairable. Additionally, the ePower-Lite Mini version offers a cost-effective alternative, suitable for low-speed applications and budget-conscious requirements, with 2.5mm² wire size (max. 15A) and 4mm² wire size (max. 30A).

These features position the ePower-Lite and Mini as reliable and preferred interconnect solutions in the electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid vehicle markets.
