Program Goals
Our internship program is designed to identify and develop the next generation of manufacturing talent. Interns contribute to meaningful, value-added work that supports real business objectives. Program Structure
Each internship is shaped around the needs of the individual, role and AIO location. Interns typically work full time during the summer, with opportunities to continue part time throughout the school year.
