Endicott, NY – December 2025 — Amphenol Industrial Operations now offers the TS1 Series, a sealed high voltage high current power connector platform developed to help OEMs deliver reliable electrification under harsh environmental conditions. As electrified architectures expand across industrial, transportation, commercial, and energy systems, designers need power interconnects that maintain performance through vibration, temperature cycling, washdown, and electrical noise. TS1 is built to support those realities with a rugged mechanical design and shielding features intended to help protect critical power links.

TS1 Series supports harsh-duty electrification

Built for demanding duty cycles, the TS1 Series is intended for high-power electrified and hybrid applications experiencing elevated thermal, mechanical, and electrical stresses. This high voltage high current power connector platform helps engineers route power between batteries, inverters, PDUs, DC-DC converters, pumps, and drives—especially in environments where shock, vibration, and exposure can challenge connection integrity. TS1 is also well suited for applications that require reliable power delivery while managing electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by high-frequency switching devices.

TS1 combines a rigid metal shell and metal latching mechanism with 360° EMI shielding to support robust connectivity in high-power environments. The platform is available in 8.0 mm and 12.0 mm contact sizes to help align electrical capacity and packaging needs across a range of system architectures.
