Description
The Quelarc® circuit-breaking power connector, available in 30, 60, and 100 ampere models with a 600 VAC capacity, is designed for use with portable and detachable electrical equipment. Quelarc plugs and receptacles are engineered to endure the toughest operating conditions, a claim substantiated by years of reliable performance.
These connectors are distinguished by their exceptionally long insulating paths, ensuring consistent operation even in the presence of moisture or conductive dust. The design includes partitions between male contacts, which extend the insulating surfaces to effectively prevent arcing both between poles and from pole to ground.
One of the key features of Quelarc connectors is their compound circuit-breaking arc chambers.
