Pay Scale: $58,000 to $68,000 depending on experience

Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow, promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members striving for “Zero” incidents.
- Promote and adhere to methods, policies and processes set forth by the engineering management team.
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, motivation and support to ensure maximum productivity and performance while working alongside.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation.
- Enforce quality control measures to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor production teams members, supporting their skill development and growth within the company.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis purposes.
